Over The Fence
There is a garden in my town that has the most magnificent poppies. I enjoy watching them grow from their fuzzy pod stage into their glory of full blossoms. But.. oh.. don't forget the magic of poppies, as they are also beautiful after the blooms have long gone. The pods harden up and each flower gets a crown! I walk to this garden daily when they are in bloom. I love how they wave in the wind with a beautiful fence as a backdrop. I wonder if the homeowner knows how much I covet their garden?!!
